We unfortunately do not process a 100% refund, however eligibility applies for up to 75% refund. Kindly read through to check your eligibility status for refunds.
- More than 6 weeks before stipulated trip date: you are entitled to a 75% refund and TCI credits for your next event.
- More than 4 weeks before the stipulated trip date: you are entitled to a 50% refund and TCI credits for your next event.
- More than 2 weeks before the stipulated trip date: you are entitled to a 25% refund and TCI credits for your next event.
- More than 1 weeks before the stipulated trip date: you are entitled to a 10% refund and TCI credits for your next event.
Kindly note that you can always convert your payments for one trip to credits for your next trip if the dates of trip becomes inconvenient for you.
